Returns & Refunds Policy
We work closely with our warehouse supplier to ensure every order meets the highest standard. If there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help.
🕒 Return Timeframe
You must contact us and return items within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or refund.
📦 Return Conditions
- Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in re-saleable condition.
- Returns without original packaging may not be accepted.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or faulty.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
- Email us at support@ahherepackitin.ie within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
- Once confirmed, we will send a free replacement or process a refund.
💸 Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–5 working days for refunds to appear, depending on your bank.
- Refunds are issued only after items are received and inspected by our warehouse.
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 days of placing the order.
